		<description>Hmmmm, sounds like the way the phone company behaves almost anywhere. We can offer either ghoulish delight in knowing the suffering is the same everywhere, or simple sympathies. Here are some sympathies.

Well, at least you don&#039;t have cars there and don&#039;t have to deal with surly people at the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles).  Or do you? Do you have to register your kayaks? ... or are non-powered vehicles exempt?
